Doilies unfurl like memory, layered, repeating,
woven into the land’s made of scar and skin.
Each loop holds time,
each ring a breath between falling and return.
Beneath the vast sky,
the ground remembers its patterns.
What is stitched does not stay still
it moves, it echoes,
and from the repetition,
it grows.
