Does it get any better than this? Mick’s Nuts has been a fixture on the corner of Vulture St and Hardgrave Rd for forty-two years. The original owner Mick, from Rhodes in Greece, opened the shop in 1975 and ran it with his family. He sold it in 2014 to another Greek family and it’s good old fashioned service lives on. You can take your own containers and stock up on organic nuts, cheeses, olives, dried fruits, flours, home made muesli, honey, pasta and you get the idea. The tiny shop space is stacked to the roof with produce and the staff are the best part of this little slice of Brisbane foody heaven.
