About my work - I work with acrylic paint, poured paint, watercolour pencils, and paper collage. I like paper for its flat, graphic qualities and ability to simplify forms through shadow and the richness of the saturated colours it produces.
My work’s focused on mid-century, historic buildings and pools as well as seascapes of the Gold Coast, North Stradbroke Island and Moreton Bay.
Using acrylic and digital images printed or drawn on canvas, I am currently exploring the landscapes of my childhood, iconic structures and pop culture.
