Learn more about Nora Hanasy

During my younger years we moved around a lot. I lived in houses, but they were never really lived in, collect memories. The dust never settled, the paint never peeled. My strongest childhood memory is my grandmother's home built before the war. I loved breathing in the musty smell of old books, play with the broken toys and be taken into another world looking at old photographs stained with age in silver frames. I work with discarded objects because they feel like home.
