JOHN MAITLAND - FLOWERS AND THE MOON

Created over the past year, these works revisit themes central to John Maitland’s practice, including Girl in White, Children and the Moon, and Mother and Child. Inspired by memories of full-moon walks at Opal Cove and the presence of native wrens near his studio, Maitland captures the beauty, spirit, and emotional pulse of the Australian landscape through an expressive and intuitive process.
